Our Publication Scheme
Our Publication Scheme makes it easier for customers to find information about Amplius, including how we make decisions, manage homes and services, spend money and measure our performance. As part of the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs), we are committed to being open and transparent by making key information available on our website. If you have any questions about the information published here or require it in an alternative format, please contact our Data Protection Team for assistance.
Information Requests
From April 2027 customers will be able to make formal Information Requests under STAIRs. Information Requests are intended to help customers better understand how we manage homes and services by providing access to certain information we hold, subject to any legal exemptions or restrictions. Requests must be made in writing and we will consider and respond to them in line with the STAIRs requirements.
Subject Access Request
A Subject Access Request (SAR) allows you to request a copy of the personal information that Amplius holds about you. SARs apply only to your personal data and cannot be used to request general organisational information. If you wish to access your personal information, please contact our Data Protection Team who will be happy to assist.
