Amplius has healthy, long-standing relationships with local authorities, funders, national, regional and SME developers and consultants. Since merging to become Amplius, our new strategy sees us looking to deliver around 1,000 new homes each year.
We fully understand the challenges and opportunities involved in creating new communities across the East Midlands and East of England. Our revised and updated Development Strategy targets growth in around 20 local authorities across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes to deliver new homes for social and affordable rent, and intermediate home ownership, with a focus on delivering quality homes, in the right location.

We have the experience, skills and capacity to share risk on larger mixed tenure developments and joint venture contract arrangements.
Keystone Developments
Keystone was originally formed in 2001 to meet the growing demand for purpose-designed retirement living developments.
Its remit has expanded, acting as the primary investment vehicle for development joint ventures. Keystone also supports the organisation by offering an alternative brand and marketing strategy for mixed tenure developments.
