Development and partnership opportunities

To achieve our strategy’s ambitious vision of developing 1,000 new homes a year, we’re looking for new development and partnership opportunities across the Midlands, East and Southeast of England.


Site requirements

  • Generally sites from 30 to 300 dwellings.
  • Sites of 2.5 acres (1 hectare) or more.
  • Greenfield or brownfield sites, with or without planning permission.
  • Sites suitable for residential and/or mixed use development.
  • Private sale led or fully affordable sites.
  • Sites on the edge of existing settlements (Rural Exception sites).
  • Sites for specialist housing

Deal structures

  • Conditional or unconditional contracts.
  • Option or promotion agreements (we’ll also take assignment of existing deal structures).
  • Land and works (package deals) – developer led.
  • Partnership working and/or joint venture agreements.
  • Section 106 opportunities
