To achieve our strategy’s ambitious vision of developing 1,000 new homes a year, we’re looking for new development and partnership opportunities across the East Midlands, East and South East of England.
Site requirements
- Generally sites from 30 to 300 dwellings.
- Sites of 2.5 acres (1 hectare) or more.
- Greenfield or brownfield sites, with or without planning permission.
- Sites suitable for residential and/or mixed use development.
- Private sale led or fully affordable sites.
- Sites on the edge of existing settlements (Rural Exception sites).
- Sites for specialist housing
Deal structures
- Conditional or unconditional contracts.
- Option or promotion agreements (we’ll also take assignment of existing deal structures).
- Land and works (package deals) – developer led.
- Partnership working and/or joint venture agreements.
- Section 106 opportunities
