Our Development and Sales Team has had a strong start to the financial year – with more than 100 homes completed and millions of pounds generated in sales.
Since April, the team has taken handover of 135 new-build homes.
Of these, more than half have been in our North region, with 24 percent in the South and 21 percent in the Central region.
The team has also completed the sale of 55 new homes, generating an income of £5.6 million.
Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, said: “Our ambitious development programme aims to deliver the homes people want, where they’re needed most.
“We’re still targeting 1,000 new homes being delivered by the end of the financial year and I’m encouraged by the start we’ve had in the first quarter.
“Everybody is working really hard to achieve this goal, and new contracts continue to be approved to make sure we have the pipeline required.”
In addition to the completions, work has started on a further 87 new homes. We’re aiming to start work on more than 1,100 homes this financial year.
Of these, 45 percent are in our Central region, 28 percent in the North and 27 percent in the South.
