We’ve signed an agreement with Vistry to provide another 128 affordable homes in Littleport.
The homes – which are part of Vistry’s wider Quantum Fields development in the town – will help address the need for affordable housing in the area and will be available on various tenures.
Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, said: “We have an existing relationship with Vistry, and partnerships like this help us to provide the affordable housing people want, where it’s needed most.
“Our ambitious development programme sets out a goal to deliver 1,000 homes a year, so it’s important to us to have strong relationships with trusted partners such as Vistry.
“There’s a need for affordable housing in this area, so to be able to provide 128 affordable homes here is great and we’re looking forward to progressing this scheme.”
The deal is made up of 64 additionality homes, alongside 64 section 106 properties.

“This partnership sits alongside our wider vision for the community, with this latest phase delivering 286 homes and significant investment in local infrastructure, including a £1.1 million contribution towards community facilities.”
