We’ve once again been ranked in the top 20 biggest builders in an annual survey.
Last year, we completed a record-breaking 909 homes – up on 896 last year. This included 339 for affordable rent, 323 low-cost ownership homes and 247 social rent properties.
In total, we invested more than £170 million in our new build homes last year.
Our performance has seen us ranked 18th in the Inside Housing Biggest Builders survey.
Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, said: “It’s great to see our ambitious development programme bear fruit and rank us once again in the top 20 of this survey.
“We’ve delivered homes right across our operating geography and helped house around 2,700 people, which is really good.
“We’re helping people realise their homeownership dreams, while also providing high-quality homes at an affordable rental price and in turn doing our bit to help tackle the housing crisis faced by the country.
“Our Development Team has delivered these results while also going through a period of change, with a restructure and the launch of a new structure, so I want to thank and congratulate all of my colleagues involved.”
As well as being in the top 20 for completions last year, we’ve ranked 13th for predicted completions in the next five years.
We’re expecting to complete 1,000 homes a year from 2026/27 onwards.
Marcus added: “We’re waiting to hear back from Homes England regarding our bid to the Social and Affordable Homes Programme, which will help bring forward many future schemes.
“It’s great to see that our projected performance also ranks us highly among other organisations in the sector and we’ll continue to work hard to deliver these homes for the people who need them most, right across our core operating geography.”
