We’ve taken handover of 27 affordable homes as part of our Manthorpe Chase development in Grantham.
We’re working with Allison Homes to build 84 homes on the scheme. These are part of Allison Homes’ wider 480-home Grantham Village development.
The affordable housing will be made available for Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy, social rent and affordable rent.
The first 27 homes have now been completed and handed over to us.

Sarah O’Brien, Development Manager at Amplius, said: “It’s always a great moment when the first homes are completed on a development, so we’re delighted to have reached this landmark at Manthorpe Chase.
“These homes will help local families either get onto the property ladder or have a safe and warm home to rent at an affordable price.
“Each property has been built to a high standard, with energy efficiency and community in mind and we’re looking forward to welcoming our new customers to their homes as part of this growing neighbourhood.”
A total of 60 of our 84 homes at the site have been part funded via a Homes England grant as part of our strategic partnership.

James Pennington, Group Partnership & Investment Director of Allison Homes, said: “Seeing the first affordable homes at Manthorpe Chase completed and ready for handover is a great moment for the site team.
“A huge amount of planning and teamwork goes into reaching this stage, and it’s rewarding to see the development really taking shape. Our partnership with Amplius continues to go from strength to strength as we work together to deliver quality homes that will soon provide much-needed affordable options for local people.”
