That’s why, last year, we launched new ways for our customers to get involved, share their voice and make an impact.


How customers can get involved 

When designing our customer influence framework, we knew that we wanted to give customers more ways for them to get involved in shaping services and the place they call home.  

Whether someone has a quick idea to share or wants to help make the big decisions – we have a level of involvement to suit everyone.
