We’ve taken handover of more affordable housing in Market Deeping in Lincolnshire.
We’re working with Allison Homes at Beaufort Gardens in the town to build 41 new affordable homes for Shared Ownership, social rent and affordable rent.
The first five homes have now been completed and were recently handed over to us.

Christine Steele, Head of Development and Programme, said: “Beaufort Gardens is another great example of our long-standing partnership with Allison Homes, delivering real benefits to local people.
“These high-quality, energy-efficient homes will make a genuine difference to families in Market Deeping who need affordable housing options close to work, school and community networks.
“We’re delighted to take handover of the first five properties and can’t wait to welcome our new customers into their homes.”
The development is supported by Homes England through our strategic partnership, reflecting a shared commitment to increasing the supply of affordable housing across the region.

Michele Raucci, Build Director at Allison Homes, said: “It’s fantastic to see the first homes at Beaufort Gardens handed over to Amplius.
“This is an important milestone in the development’s progress.
“With the initial five affordable homes now complete, it’s rewarding to see the neighbourhood beginning to take shape.
“For local people who might otherwise find it difficult to buy or rent, we’re proud to be delivering high-quality, affordable homes in a community they already feel part of.”
Ian Trayford, Partnership Quality Manager for Allison Homes’ Central region, added: “Our work with Amplius is a genuine team effort, and we’re really pleased to see Beaufort Gardens reach this stage.
“It’s a privilege to play a part in delivering quality, affordable homes, and we’re grateful for the trust our partners place in us and our site teams. Developments like this show what can be achieved when we work closely together for the benefit of the local community.”
